Format: Message/Audio Message in a Convenient Messenger
- Who It’s For:
- If you have 3–5 specific questions about skincare that don’t require a detailed review.
- Need a quick review and adjustment of your existing routine (product analysis and effectiveness).
- Require a second opinion on a specific cosmetic concern or product.
- If a full consultation isn’t necessary but you need support or advice.
- Stable internet connection.
- Camera (phone or computer with a webcam).
- Prepared photos in advance (face and products).
- 30–45 minutes of uninterrupted time.
- Lighting: Take the photo in natural daylight, preferably near a window, so the light evenly illuminates your face. Avoid shadows and direct sunlight.
- Angles: Photos in several projections — front (straight), profile from both sides, slightly raised and lowered chin.
- Quality: Use the main (rear) smartphone camera, not the front one, as the front camera may distort texture and smooth out skin tone.
- Filters: The photo should be without filters, edits, or effects.
- No makeup: Skin should be clean, without makeup or skincare products that may create shine.
- Hair: Move your hair away from your face so it does not cover the forehead, cheekbones, or chin.
- Lighting: Take photos in good lighting so the text on the packaging is clearly visible.
- Focus: Ensure the photo is sharp and text is legible.
- Label and Composition: Take a photo of the product name and a separate one of the ingredients if listed.
